By using Base Level ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is operated by BMAT Japan K.K.

2. Service Description

Base Level provides sleep and health analytics by processing data from Apple HealthKit, CPAP devices, and pulse oximeters. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

3. Subscriptions

• Free tier: Local-only analytics with basic features.
• Pro tier: Cloud sync, advanced analytics, and integrations. Billed monthly ($3.99/mo) or annually ($39.99/yr) through the App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• 7-day free trial available for new Pro subscribers.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
• Health data should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

5. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of health analytics. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BMAT Japan K.K. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
