• Health data: Sleep metrics, heart rate, SpO2, activity data synced from HealthKit and connected devices.
• Account data: Email address used for authentication (passkey-based, no passwords stored).
• Usage data: Anonymous analytics to improve the app experience.

• Sync data across your devices (Pro subscription).

4. Data Storage & Security

Free tier data is stored locally on your device. Pro tier data is encrypted and stored on Cloudflare's global network with encryption at rest and in transit.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal or health data. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law.

6. Your Rights

You can export or delete all your data at any time from within the app. Account deletion permanently removes all associated data from our servers.
